A 30-year-old man, identified as Bilal Ahmad Bhat (son of Mohammad Ramzan Bhat) from Dara Harwan, died in a tragic road accident near Harwan market on Friday.
Officials reported that a speeding scooty overturned, critically injuring Bilal and an unidentified pillion rider. Bilal was rushed to SKIMS Soura but succumbed to his injuries during treatment. The condition of the pillion rider remains unknown as authorities investigate the circumstances of the crash.
