SRINAGAR: Deputy Chief Minister Surinder Kumar Choudhary on Thursday said that Maharajas are also dictators, as they are selected rather than elected.
Speaking to reporters, the Deputy Chief Minister said, “Are Maharajas not dictators? Are they elected? No, they are selected.”He added that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is not called a dictator because he has been elected by the people. “We have been elected by the people,” he said. (KNO)
