The Kashmir Valley may see initial rain, potentially turning to snow in higher areas. Temperatures will drop, ranging from 15°C to 7°C. The Jammu region is expected to receive more rainfall, with the Pir Panjal range likely to see heavy snowfall. Weather conditions will improve from February 21 onwards.
