A 17-year-old girl was found unconscious under suspicious circumstances at her home in Bozgam Kilam area of south Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Friday. Authorities reported that the minor was immediately rushed to the Primary Health Centre (PHC) Kilam, where doctors pronounced her dead on arrival.
The victim’s identity has been withheld as police have launched an investigation into the incident. Her body remains at PHC Kilam for necessary medico-legal procedures.
