03 Terrorists involved in Pahalgam Attack Neutralized in Srinagar Encounter : Amit Shah

Union Home Minister Amit Shah announced in Parliament today that security forces eliminated all three terrorists responsible for the deadly Pahalgam attack during “Operation Mahadev” in Srinagar.

The slain militants—Pakistani nationals Suliman (LeT commander), Afgan, and Jibran—were categorized as ‘A-grade’ terrorists with recovered Pakistani voter cards and confectionery confirming their origins.

Shah revealed that Suliman masterminded both the Pahalgam and Gagangeer attacks, where victims were reportedly religiously profiled before execution. He condemned Pakistan’s retaliatory shelling after India’s “Operation Sindoor,” which damaged religious sites including gurdwaras. The joint Army-CRPF-JKP operation marks a significant counter-terror success amid ongoing cross-border tensions. (Source: KNO)
